Renewal

A renewal is when a current billboard advertiser signs up for another flight after their contract ends.

Renewals are often the easiest sale. The buyer already knows the board and the team.

Talk to the advertiser well before the flight ends. That leaves time to save the deal or find a new buyer.

A lost renewal leaves a face empty. That hurts occupancy unless the face is resold or backfilled.

In Gabie

Gabie’s Today screen lists bookings ending within 60 days with no renewal or next booking. It also sends a renewal notice 30 days out.

Every empty face is money you already spent.

Sign up free for your first 100 faces, or bring three open faces and we run Scout on them while you watch.
