Contract (OOH)
A billboard contract is the signed deal that books faces for set dates, rates and billing terms.
The contract makes the sale binding. It lists faces, flights, rates, production, billing and cancellation terms.
Lamar says its contracts generally run from one week to one year. OUTFRONT says four weeks to one year. Both bill every four weeks.
OAAA best practice is net billing, with production charges and taxes listed apart. OAAA also defines a cancellation period: set times when a contract can end.
Some contracts renew on their own. Others run for one flight and stop.
In Gabie
Signing a contract in Gabie re-checks capacity, the ground lease and the permit. Then it books every face and moves the deal to Signed.
