Makegood

A makegood is free extra time or space given when an ad did not run as sold.

A makegood replaces an ad that missed its schedule. It runs again to fill the original order.

Common causes are a torn vinyl, a dark light, a screen outage or a late install. The fix is often extra days or extra spots.

Contracts should say how makegoods work. A credit on the invoice is the other common fix.

Every empty face is money you already spent.
