By format · Bulletins, posters and wallscapes, sold by the flight
Sell every static face before the vinyl comes down.
Gabie tracks each flight on each face. It shows gaps before they open. Then it lines up prospects for each gap while there’s still time to sell.

What’s costing you boards right now
Gaps show up after they’ve started.
Two weeks dark between flights, and nobody saw it coming.
Holds that never expire.

Pitching from a rate card.

Face details scattered across files.
Facing, size, lights and install status sit in different files.

Questions we hear
Does Gabie handle bulletins, posters, and wallscapes?
Yes. Each structure can carry one face or several. Each face keeps its own size, facing, lighting, rate and bookings.
How are static rates stored?
Each face carries a monthly card rate. Proposals save it on every line. So a later reprice doesn’t change a quote that already went out.
Can operations track production and install?
Yes. Bookings move from confirmed to in production, installed and completed. Sales and operations see the same status.
What stops two reps from selling the same face?
A lock. If a face has a booking or hold on those dates, it can’t be quoted as open.
Every empty face is money you already spent.
