Questions we hear
Does Gabie pay landlords or handle lease accounting?
No. Gabie keeps each ground lease on the structure. It holds the landlord, rent, escalator and end date. So nothing lapses without you knowing. You still pay and keep the books in your accounting system.
Can operations staff use Gabie without running the pipeline?
Yes. Owners, managers, sales reps and operations each get their own role. Ops staff can edit the boards and structures without owning deals.
What happens when a booking is canceled?
The face is freed in the same step, and the cancellation is recorded on the booking. The open dates show up as a gap sales can work.
Can we bring in our existing structure sheets?
Yes. Import a CSV, or upload structure sheets as PDFs or spreadsheets and let Gabie read them. You review what it found before anything saves.
