Gabie Scout
An AI sales rep that finds buyers for your open faces.
Scout writes the first email, and in Scout Assist, the default, it waits for your yes before it sends.

Scout only hunts faces you can sell.
A face needs open time in the next 28 days, a rate and a location. Scout starts with the busiest one.
- Next 28 days
- The face must have time open to sell soon.
- Busiest first
- Most cars a day goes first. Then the higher rate.
- Skips the rest
- Booked faces, repairs and boards not up yet wait.
- Says what to fix
- No rate? Scout asks you to add one first.

Why D-031 goes first
It has the most traffic of the three open faces: 38,200 vehicles a day.
A tie goes to the higher monthly rate.
A plan for each face, before any search.
First, Scout writes a plan for the face. It picks the kinds of business to look for, how far to look and who to email.
- 3 to 5 trades
- The kinds of local business that fit this face.
- How far
- 5 miles by default, and never more than 50.
- Who to email
- The owner, or the person who runs ads or the shop.
- Learns the area
- It reuses what got replies in this market before.

Four checks before it writes
The line is 60. To add a business to your CRM, confidence and CRM safety must reach it. To write or send, all four must.
The right person, with an email that checks out.
Scout finds up to 3 people at each business. You pick who to reveal. Only a checked email for someone who works there is ready to use.
- Up to 3 people

Every claim is checked. One bad claim stops the email.
Scout checks each claim against your records before you see the draft. If one claim fails, the draft is thrown out.
- What it can say
- The business, the person, the listed traffic and your rate.
- What it can’t
- Who sees the board, what road it is on, or what it pays back.
- Short and plain
- 25 to 50 words and one easy question. No meeting ask.
- Score 80 to send
- A weak draft can’t be sent. Scout never swaps in a template.

Thanks, Dana. What would three months cost?
Scout sorted it as
Scout classified this reply and prepared a response for human review.
Hi Priya, the rate on record is $1,850 a month. Should I send a short proposal for three months? Dana
- Sending it moves the deal to Interested.
- Dana gets a “Buyer replied” alert.
- An opt-out is caught by rule, not AI, and always honored.
Where it sits
From open face to first reply.
Scout starts from the open faces in Inventory. You approve each email on Today, and replies land in the CRM inbox. Want Scout to run on a schedule you write? Build an agent.
Sell the face. Find a buyer and sign the deal.
Run the ad. Put it up, prove it ran, and renew.
Scout questions
Does Scout replace my sales team?
No. Scout works the faces your team doesn’t have time for. A rep approves every email before it sends. Every interested reply goes to the person who owns the deal. Operators use it to widen coverage.
Whose email address does Scout send from?
The approving rep’s own Gmail or Outlook inbox, connected to Gabie. Nothing sends until that rep approves it. Gabie reads replies through Gmail; Outlook only sends.
Does Scout ever send without a person approving it?
Not by default. In Scout Assist, a rep approves every email and reply before it leaves the inbox. On paid plans, Scout Autonomous can be switched on for your workspace. Then Scout sends and follows up on its own, within daily limits.
Can I control which businesses Scout contacts?
You choose which faces Scout hunts and who owns the leads. You can dismiss any prospect or draft. Scout picks the industries and how far out to look for each face. You can’t block whole categories yet.
Will Scout pitch my current advertisers?
Scout matches prospects to companies already in your CRM. It links to the existing record instead of making a duplicate. It doesn’t yet exclude current advertisers automatically, so the rep reviewing the draft is the check.
How is Scout priced?
Scout comes with every plan, including Free. Past 100 faces, it’s $0.25 a face a month, with unlimited Scout outreach and no extra fee.
