Proposal

A billboard proposal is a written offer listing the faces, dates, rates and terms for a campaign.

A proposal turns a conversation into a written offer. It lists each face, its flight, its rate and the total.

Good proposals include photo sheets, a map and audience numbers. OAAA best practice is to show four-week impressions and GRPs.

A proposal is not a booking. Until the buyer signs, the faces can still sell to someone else unless they are on hold.

In Gabie

Gabie checks capacity against holds and bookings on every proposal save and reloads current card rates. Faces book only when the contract is signed, not when the proposal is made.

Every empty face is money you already spent.

Sign up free for your first 100 faces, or bring three open faces and we run Scout on them while you watch.
