Avails

Avails are the faces and dates still open for sale, sent when a buyer asks what is available.

Avails is short for availabilities. The IAB-led DOOH glossary calls an avail a time period open for an advertiser to reserve.

A buyer asks what you have in Jackson in May. You reply with an avails list: face IDs, sizes, dates, rates and photos.

Avails go stale fast. A list sent on Monday can be wrong by Wednesday if someone else books.

In Gabie

Gabie shows a 12-week availability calendar (up to 26) where a click holds an open week. Avails export as a branded sheet or CSV.

Every empty face is money you already spent.

Sign up free for your first 100 faces, or bring three open faces and we run Scout on them while you watch.
