Structure

A billboard structure is the poles, frame, lights and catwalk that hold one or more faces.

The structure is the physical build. It includes the steel or wood supports, the frame, the lights and the catwalk crews stand on.

It sits on land the operator owns or leases. It usually needs a state or local permit, too.

One structure can carry one, two or more faces. Leases, permits, inspections and repairs belong to the structure, since all its faces share them.

Example

B-114 is one structure with two faces. When a storm bends the catwalk, one work order covers both B-114 N and B-114 S.

In Gabie

Each structure in Gabie has work orders, permits, ground leases, inspections, a Documents tab and an activity log.

Every empty face is money you already spent.
