AdQuick Review (2026): For Billboard Owners, Pros and Cons

By Gabie Research · Updated Oct 16, 2026 · 8 min read

Short answer

AdQuick is a strong pick for billboard owners who want national buyers to see their boards and one modern system to run them. It pairs a large OOH marketplace with operator tools: holds, contracts with e-sign, proof of posting, lead generation and checkout. The tradeoffs: pricing is on request, and AdQuick serves advertisers as well as owners.

Verdict
A broad platform that pairs operator software with a large OOH marketplace, best for owners who want national demand and modern checkout, but priced on request and built for buyers as well as sellers.
Best for
Owners who want brands and agencies to find their boards, and larger operators who want one licensed sales platform.

  • Its operator platform covers holds, contracts with e-sign, proof of posting, leases and billing reports.
  • It also lists lead generation that surfaces advertisers near your units.

  • AdQuick doesn't publish operator software prices.

AdQuick is a strong pick for billboard owners who want national buyers to see their boards. It now pairs that marketplace with a full operator platform. The tradeoffs are a price you get only by asking, and a company that serves the buy side as well as you.

What is AdQuick?

AdQuick started as a place where brands and agencies plan, buy and measure out-of-home ads. Media owners list their boards there. On its media owner page, AdQuick says advertisers plan across 1.6 million+ pieces of OOH inventory. It calls this "the largest out of home marketplace."

AdQuick now sells software to owners too. Its media owner page calls it "the AI platform for out of home companies." A second product, Sales Cloud, is a sales platform for owner sales teams.

In February 2026, OUTFRONT Media licensed Sales Cloud. Its 10-Q lists a non-cancellable three-year term, with a specified exclusivity period. The fee is $17.0 million a year. OUTFRONT also agreed to invest up to $20.0 million in AdQuick.

How much does AdQuick cost?

AdQuick doesn't publish prices for owners. Its pages ask for a work email to get started.

How does AdQuick bring you buyers?

AdQuick brings demand in two ways. First, your boards show to brands and agencies planning on its marketplace. When a buyer wants your units, an RFP or a hold request lands on your dashboard. Second, its lead generation scans for advertisers active near your units. It creates leads and routes them into your pipeline.

That second part is new, and it matters. It moves AdQuick from waiting for demand to looking for it. Its page says it surfaces and routes leads. It doesn't say it writes or sends the first email for you.

How does a booking move through AdQuick?

Here is the path its pages describe.

  1. You load units, prices, spec sheets, leases and images into the supplier dashboard.
  2. Backfills keep availability current, and warnings flag stale dates or missing photos.
  3. A buyer sends an RFP or hold request, or lead generation finds one near your units.
  4. You place a hold. Hold priority and conflict checks stop two buyers landing on one unit.
  5. You send an interactive proposal. Once accepted, it becomes an agreement.
  6. The buyer signs by e-sign and can pay by card or ACH.
  7. You track proof of posting by campaign until it's done.

What does the advertiser see?

Sales Cloud gives each customer a client portal. They see past campaigns, ask for new ones and buy. Proposals are interactive and turn into agreements once accepted. Owners get alerts when a buyer views a campaign, opens an email, saves a unit or books. Checkout takes cards and ACH, so cash can come in faster.

How does AdQuick handle digital boards?

Digital faces list on the marketplace like static ones. AdQuick also runs a programmatic DSP, which buyers use to buy digital screens. That gives digital owners a second path to demand. But AdQuick's owner pages don't say it plays the ads. Your LED boards still need a content system, from the sign maker or a firm like Broadsign. Ask how bookings reach that system, and who sets the loop.

What does AdQuick not include?

  • Public prices. You can't compare cost before a call.
  • Outbound writing. Its page doesn't say it drafts or sends outreach emails for your reps.
  • A one-sided focus. AdQuick also serves advertisers and agencies. That is a strength for demand. Some owners prefer a tool that works only for them.
  • Content playback. AdQuick lists a DSP for buying digital screens. Its owner pages don't say it plays ads on your boards. You'll still need your screen's content system.

What does the OUTFRONT deal mean for other owners?

OUTFRONT is one of the biggest owners in the U.S. Its license gives AdQuick a large anchor customer. It also shows AdQuick can serve a big sales team. The filing says the term includes "a specified exclusivity period." It doesn't say what that covers. If you compete with OUTFRONT in a market, ask AdQuick what that means for you. Get the answer in writing before you sign.

Who is AdQuick for?

AdQuick fits owners who want national brands and agencies to find their boards. It also fits owners who want one modern system for holds, contracts, proof and checkout. OUTFRONT is its best-known Sales Cloud customer.

It can also fit a mid-sized owner tired of tracking RFPs by email. The supplier dashboard puts open RFPs, expiring holds and missing proof on one screen.

Who is AdQuick not for?

  • Owners who want a price up front. You'll need a sales call.
  • Owners who want a tool that serves only them. AdQuick works both sides of the market.
  • Owners whose buyers are mostly local. Marketplace buyers are brands and agencies that plan on AdQuick. Its lead generation helps here, but your reps still make the first contact.

What are the pros and cons of AdQuick?

ProsCons

Holds, contracts, e-sign and proof in one platformServes advertisers as well as owners
Lead generation near your unitsDoesn't say it writes or sends outreach
Card and ACH checkoutSales Cloud is an enterprise license for large owners

Blip is the closest match for digital demand. It says it has 3,500+ digital billboards in 46 states, with no upfront fee. Apparatix is the pick if the back office is your pain. Broadsign fits big digital networks.

Gabie does a different job from the marketplace. Its AI rep, Scout, starts from each open face. It finds local businesses nearby and checks the contact. Then it drafts a short email in which every claim is checked against your records. By default, you approve each send. It goes from your mailbox. Replies are sorted for your reps. Gabie Portal lets advertisers browse your boards and request pricing, which lands in your CRM. Gabie has no national buyer marketplace and takes no payments. It is free up to 100 faces (Gabie).

What should you ask in an AdQuick demo?

  1. What does it cost for my number of units? Is it per unit, per seat or a share of sales?
  2. Which parts are in the operator platform, and which need Sales Cloud?
  3. Do marketplace bookings carry a fee or a share?
  4. Who owns the advertiser when a marketplace buyer books my board?
  5. Does lead generation write or send any outreach, or only create leads?
  6. How does the OUTFRONT exclusivity affect owners in my markets?
  7. Can I export all my data if I leave?

Is AdQuick worth it?

Yes, if you want national demand and a modern system in one place. The marketplace is real reach. The operator tools cover holds, contracts, proof and checkout well. And the new lead generation shows AdQuick is working on local demand too.

Our main concern is fit, not quality. AdQuick is built to help both sides of a deal happen. That brings reach that a small owner can't build alone. It also means the buyer is not only yours.

Be clear on two things first. Get a written price, since none is published. And decide how you feel about a partner that also serves the buy side. You can also list on AdQuick and use another tool for direct sales.
