A rep opens Today. It lists Scout's new leads, grouped by the face each one is for. Tasks due sit below, with late ones in red. Bookings that end in the next 60 days show as renewals at risk.

A buyer calls and asks what is open near the interstate in March. The rep asks the Gabie panel. It answers from your own records and shows which faces it used.

The buyer wants a quote. The rep picks faces and dates. Each line starts at the card rate. Gabie checks that every face is free before the proposal saves. It refuses dates that overlap.

The buyer has no artwork. The rep types the business name and website into Studio. Studio reads the brand and draws billboard ideas at the face's exact size. The buyer gets a link to comment or approve.
