Short answer: Pick SignDash if you want a tool with a longer record. It lists e-signed contracts, unlimited users, a WordPress map plugin and, per a 2024 interview, a QuickBooks Online link. Pick Elevate OOH if you want a CRM that shows the next step for each lead, plus website leads in the CRM, and you accept a tool that went public on October 6, 2026.

Key takeaways:
- Both are aimed at small independent owners, and both list proposals, contracts, inventory and website tools.
- Elevate OOH's team page says both of its co-founders worked on SignDash.
- SignDash sets a base fee at signup and adds $250 a year per extra 100 faces. Elevate OOH starts as low as $350 a month.
- SignDash says users are unlimited. Elevate OOH says plans scale with team size.
- Neither lists work orders, proof of performance, lease tools, digital loops or a way to find new advertisers.

Pick SignDash if you want a tool with a longer record. It lists e-signed contracts, unlimited users and a WordPress
map plugin. Pick Elevate OOH if you want a CRM that shows the next step for each lead. It went public on October 6,
2026, so it has no record yet.

Blip bought SignDash in December 2025, per a [company announcement](https://billboardinsider.com/blip-acquires-signdash-to-support-independent-operators/) in Billboard Insider. Blip says it will keep supporting current SignDash users and invest in upgrades. It also says SignDash "will become more connected to Blip's broader ecosystem, including data and programmatic features."

> Note: Gabie makes billboard software too. This page compares two other vendors. It uses their own sites and dated trade
press, checked October 12, 2026. A short note on Gabie is at the end. We give no scores or star ratings.

## What do SignDash and Elevate OOH have in common?

A lot. Both are aimed at small independent owners. Both list inventory, proposals and contracts with e-signature.
For Elevate OOH, the proposals and e-signature come from its co-founder's launch post. Both list website tools with a
map. Both start with a demo and list no free trial.

Both also skip the same jobs. Neither lists work orders, proof of performance, lease tools or digital loops. Neither
lists a way to find new advertisers for an open face.

## Do SignDash and Elevate OOH share a history?

Elevate OOH says so. Its [About page](https://elevateooh.com/our-team/) says Eric Hazelwood, its co-founder and chief
technology officer, founded and developed SignDash. It says he has since left. It says Tracey Hess, its co-founder and
chief operating officer, led SignDash's redevelopment.

A [September 2024 Billboard Insider interview](https://billboardinsider.com/tracey-hess-on-whats-new-at-signdash/)
names Hess with SignDash. It describes her work on new clients, support and software from a user's view.

We take the rest from Elevate OOH's page. Public pages do not show how the two products differ under the hood. So
expect some overlap in what they list. Pick by price, terms and risk, and ask each vendor about its own product.

## What is the main difference?

SignDash is a sales desk with a dashboard. It has been in the trade press since at least February 2024. Its homepage
lists a short set of tools. Billboard Insider's August 2026 post called it simple and popular with smaller billboard
companies.

Elevate OOH is CRM-led. Its co-founder's post says the CRM shows where each lead stands and the next step for each. It
also sells website design that feeds leads into that CRM. It went public on October 6, 2026. Its record is less than
a week old.

## How do the prices compare?

Neither posts a full price. Each posts one number.

SignDash's [terms](https://signdash.com/tos), last changed June 18, 2026, say the base fee is set when you register.
It depends on the use you expect. Use above that costs $250 a year for each extra block of 100 faces, unless a separate
agreement applies. You prepay. Its homepage says users are unlimited. See [SignDash pricing](https://gabie.ai/learn/signdash-pricing).

Elevate OOH's [FAQ](https://elevateooh.com/contact-us/) says the software starts as low as $350 per month. That is
$4,200 a year, by our math. It names no tiers. It says plans scale with inventory, team size and features. See our
[Elevate OOH review](https://gabie.ai/learn/elevate-ooh-review).

The models differ. SignDash grows with faces. Elevate OOH says it grows with faces, team and features. Ask both for a
yearly total at your face count and team size.

## How do they compare for selling?

**SignDash** shows open faces while a rep builds a proposal. The rep can email an interactive map of the boards. The
contract goes to the advertiser for digital signature. The dashboard shows occupancy, budgets, proposals, renewals and
tasks. A 2024 interview adds a sales funnel tool that rates each rep, and a team feed.

**Elevate OOH** puts the lead first. Its co-founder's post says the CRM shows each lead's place and next step. The same
post lists proposals, contracts with e-signatures and easy renewals. Its own site lists only the CRM, inventory and
contract management.

SignDash lists the fuller sales desk on its own pages. Elevate OOH lists a CRM-first design.

## What about websites and leads?

Both help here, in different ways.

SignDash has a WordPress plugin that shows your boards and an interactive map. Its FAQ also says it builds WordPress
sites for clients that pull inventory from the account. If your site is not on WordPress, the plugin will not work.

Elevate OOH builds websites for OOH companies. The maps link to your account. The launch post says leads from the site
land in the account as true leads. The site does not say whether an existing site can connect.

## How do they compare on QuickBooks and accounting?

Billboard Insider reported in September 2024 that SignDash had built a link to QuickBooks Online. SignDash's homepage
does not mention QuickBooks. Our only source is that interview. Ask SignDash to confirm the link today.

Elevate OOH does not mention QuickBooks, billing or invoices anywhere we read. Ask how your books would connect.

## How do size and support compare?

Neither gives a customer count. SignDash's homepage says its tools are being used by OOH companies across North
America. It lists a demo form and a calendar link. Its FAQ says it serves clients in the United States.

Elevate OOH's launch post says five billboard companies had joined. Its site lists a phone number, a contact form and
a login. Neither site describes support hours. Ask each vendor how fast a question gets an answer.

## How do the contract terms compare?

SignDash's terms say you prepay. Payments are non-refundable, with one exception. If SignDash ends the service without
cause, it refunds the unused part. Either side can end the deal with 30 days' written notice.

Elevate OOH's site says you are not locked into a long-term contract and are free to cancel. It posts no more detail.
Ask for the cancel terms in writing from both.

## Which fits a 300-face owner?

Take Riverbend Outdoor in Jackson, TN. It has 300 faces, two reps and a part-time office manager. Deals come by phone.

If Riverbend wants proven proposals, e-sign and a map on its WordPress site, SignDash fits. If it wants a CRM that
ranks its leads, plus a rebuilt website that feeds them, Elevate OOH is worth a demo. If Riverbend adds reps, check how
each prices a seat.

## What should you ask both vendors?

1. What is the yearly price for my face count and team size? What is extra?
2. Which tools are live today, and which are planned?
3. Who loads my faces and live contracts, and how long does it take?
4. Does my QuickBooks version work with your link, if you have one?
5. Can I call a customer who has used it for a while?
6. Can I get all my data out if I leave?

## Pick SignDash if

- You want a short tool list with a longer record.
- You want unlimited users and a posted rate for extra faces.
- You want a QuickBooks Online link, once SignDash confirms it.
- You want a WordPress plugin that shows your boards and a map.

## Pick Elevate OOH if

- You want a CRM that shows the next step for each lead.
- You want website design that sends leads into the CRM.
- You want a posted starting price and no long-term contract.
- You accept a new tool and will ask to see each feature live.

## What does neither one do?

Neither lists a way to find new advertisers. Both help you manage the deals you already have. For an open face,
someone still has to find the buyer and send the first email.

> How Gabie handles this: Gabie fills that gap. Gabie Scout, its AI rep, finds local businesses near each open face. It drafts a short email that a
rep approves. Gabie has no e-signature, invoicing or QuickBooks link, so you can keep either tool for those. It is free
up to 100 faces, then $0.25 a face a month ([Gabie](https://gabie.ai/#pricing)). See
[Gabie vs SignDash](https://gabie.ai/compare/gabie-vs-signdash).
