Short answer: Few billboard software vendors post prices. Gabie is free up to 100 faces, then $0.25 a face a month. Elevate OOH starts at $350 a month. SignDash adds $250 a year for each extra 100 faces. HubSpot and Salesforce charge per seat. Apparatix, BillboardPlanet and Broadsign post no software prices.

Key takeaways:
- Posted prices: Gabie is free to 100 faces, Elevate OOH starts at $350 a month, and SignDash adds $250 a year per extra 100 faces.
- Apparatix, BillboardPlanet and Broadsign post no software prices. One undated partner page lists Apparatix at $35 to $50 per digital display a month.
- The pricing unit differs: per face (Gabie, SignDash), per display (Apparatix partner page), per seat (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- At 300 faces, Gabie costs $75 a month. Five HubSpot Professional seats list at $500 a month.
- Ask each vendor for a yearly price at your face count, in writing, with every fee.

Few billboard software vendors post a price. Gabie, Elevate OOH, HubSpot and Salesforce do. SignDash posts one rate.
Apparatix, BillboardPlanet and Broadsign quote after a demo. This page puts every posted price in one table. It
then works out what a 50-face, a 300-face and a 1,500-face operator would pay.

> Note: Gabie makes one of the tools in the table. We read each vendor's own pages on October 12, 2026. Prices change, so get
every quote in writing.

## What does each billboard software tool cost?

The table lists what each vendor publishes. "Quote" means no price is posted. A partner's page is labeled as one.

## How do billboard software vendors set the price?

Vendors count different things. That makes a price hard to compare.

- **Per face.** Gabie charges for each face. SignDash adds a fee for each block of 100 faces above your signup estimate.
- **Per display.** The Apparatix partner page charges for each digital display and each static board.
- **Per seat.** HubSpot and Salesforce charge for each person who sells.
- **Percent of sales.** DOmedia lists a share of contracted media.
- **Quote only.** Apparatix, BillboardPlanet and Broadsign. AdQuick posts none that we could read.

Per-seat tools get dearer as you hire. Per-face tools get dearer as you build. Ask which one fits how you plan to grow.

## What would 50, 300 and 1,500 faces cost?

We worked out monthly prices from the posted numbers only. Where a vendor posts none, the cell says "quote needed." We
made one assumption.

- **Sellers.** We used 2, 5 and 15 sellers. HubSpot and Salesforce bill per seat.

| Tool | 50 faces, 2 sellers | 300 faces, 5 sellers | 1,500 faces, 15 sellers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gabie | $0 | $75 | $375 |
| Elevate OOH | From $350 | Quote needed | Quote needed |
| SignDash | Quote needed | Quote needed | Quote needed |
| Apparatix, own site | Quote needed | Quote needed | Quote needed |
| BillboardPlanet | Quote needed | Quote needed | Quote needed |
| HubSpot Free | $0 | $0 | $0 |
| HubSpot Starter | $40 ($20 with the new-customer offer) | $100 ($50) | $300 ($150) |
| HubSpot Professional | $200 | $500 | $1,500 |
| HubSpot Enterprise | $300 | $750 | $2,250 |
| Salesforce Starter Suite | $50 | $125 | $375 |
| Salesforce Pro Suite | $200 | $500 | $1,500 |

Here is the math behind the Gabie row. At 50 faces, you are under 100, so you pay nothing. Past 100 faces, Growth
costs $0.25 for every face each month, with no base fee. So 300 faces cost $75 a month. At 1,500 faces, that is $375 a
month. Gabie bills by face, so you do not need to count structures.

We did not turn the Apparatix partner page into totals. Its rates are $50 for each digital display and $3 for each
static board, but the page has no date. A total built on it could be mistaken for Apparatix's own price. Ask Apparatix
for a quote at your face count instead.

## Which of these prices come from a partner's page?

One set. The Apparatix numbers come from [Vantage LED](https://vantageled.com/apparatix/), a display supplier. The page
has no date, and its footer says 2022. Apparatix's own site shows no such prices. We found no second source. Use the
numbers to size the question, then ask Apparatix to confirm in writing.

## What do posted prices leave out?

A posted price is a start, not a bill. Check these before you sign.

- **Usage fees.** Gabie's Growth plan has none. Scout outreach is unlimited. Ask other vendors what they bill by use.
- **Onboarding fees.** HubSpot's Sales Hub page shows none. Its pricing page would not load for us. Look there too.
- **The new-customer offer.** HubSpot's $10 Starter price is for new customers, for a limited time.
- **Which edition you need.** HubSpot custom objects need Enterprise, per its
[help page](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/create-custom-objects). So the $150 seat is the real floor
for faces. Salesforce's page does not say which edition allows custom objects.
- **Setup and data loading.** Most vendors post nothing on who loads your faces, or what it costs.
- **Contract length.** Elevate OOH says no long-term contract. Most others say nothing.
- **New vendors.** Elevate OOH launched on October 6, 2026, per [Billboard Insider](https://billboardinsider.com/?p=141696). Its plans may change.

## How do you compare quotes?

Use the same questions for every vendor.

1. What is the yearly price at my face count? Show me the math.
2. Which modules and add-ons are in that price?
3. What are the setup and data loading fees?
4. How long is the first term? What is the price at renewal?
5. How much can the price rise each year?
6. Can I get all my data out if I leave?

Then add the tools you would still need. A back office may not send contracts. A sales tool may not send invoices.
Compare totals, not single lines.

> How Gabie handles this: Gabie posts all of its prices. It is free up to 100 faces, then $0.25 a face a month, with everything included. You pay
by face, not by user. Scout outreach has no usage fee. Gabie has no invoicing and no e-signature, so some owners
keep QuickBooks or a back office for those. See [what Gabie is](https://gabie.ai/learn/what-is-gabie).

## Questions people ask
### How much does billboard software cost?
It depends on the tool. Gabie is free up to 100 faces, then $0.25 a face a month. Elevate OOH starts at $350 a month. SignDash sets a base fee at signup. Apparatix, BillboardPlanet and Broadsign quote after a demo.

### Is there free billboard software?
Gabie is free up to 100 faces. HubSpot has a free CRM, but it has no face records. Blip charges owners no upfront fee for digital boards. Watchfire says Ignite OA comes standard with its digital billboards.

### Is billboard software priced per user?
Some is. HubSpot and Salesforce charge per seat. SignDash says it has unlimited users. Gabie charges per face, not per user. Apparatix says its AI Sales Profiles add-on has a monthly fee per user. It does not say how its core software is priced.

### Why can't I find a price for Apparatix or BillboardPlanet?
Neither posts one. Their sites send you to a demo, and a quote follows. They do not say what sets the quote, so ask about faces, users and add-ons.

### Where do the Apparatix $35 and $50 prices come from?
From a Vantage LED partner page. It lists $35 and $50 per digital display a month, and $3 per static board. The page has no date and its footer says 2022. Apparatix's own site shows none of these prices.

### How do I compare billboard software quotes?
Ask each vendor for the yearly price at your face count. Ask which modules, setup fees and add-ons are in it. Ask how long the contract runs and how much the price can rise.
