Type: Pricing · Published: 2026-10-12 · Updated: 2026-10-16 · By: Gabie Research

Short answer: AdQuick posts no price for media owners on the pages we could read, and we found none for advertisers. Its site blocked our tools on October 12, so some facts come from our October 8 reading. The one public number is OUTFRONT's $17.0 million a year for Sales Cloud, on a three-year term. A 2020 story says AdQuick takes a commission.

Key takeaways:
- AdQuick posts no owner price on the pages we read. You start with a work email and a call.
- OUTFRONT pays $17.0 million a year for Sales Cloud, on a three-year term that cannot be canceled.
- A 2020 TechCrunch story says AdQuick takes a commission on the purchase. It gives no rate.
- OUTFRONT says the marketplace has standard commercial terms for all owners. The terms are not posted.
- AdQuick's site blocked our tools on Oct. 12, so we mark which facts are older.

AdQuick posts no price for media owners on the pages we could read. You start with a work email and a call. Its one
public number is OUTFRONT's $17.0 million a year for Sales Cloud. That is one large deal, not a list price.

> Note: Gabie makes billboard software too, and appears in the table below. AdQuick's site returned HTTP 403 to our tools on
October 12. We could not reread its media owner page, its Sales Cloud page or its homepage. So AdQuick facts come from
our October 8 reading of the first two, plus OUTFRONT's filings and trade press. We could not read any AdQuick page
for advertisers.

## How does AdQuick price its marketplace and software?

AdQuick prices on request. When we read its [media owner page](https://www.adquick.com/media-owners) and
[Sales Cloud page](https://www.adquick.com/sales-cloud) on October 8, neither showed a price. Both asked for a work
email to get started. We could not check them again on October 12.

Here is what is and is not published.

| Item | Published? (checked Oct. 12, 2026) |
|---|---|
| Marketplace listing price for owners | Not listed (pages read Oct. 8) |
| Operator platform price | Not listed (pages read Oct. 8) |
| Sales Cloud price | Not listed. OUTFRONT's fee is $17.0 million a year |
| Commission on marketplace sales | No rate. A 2020 story says AdQuick takes one |
| Terms for media owners | "Standard commercial terms," not posted |
| Advertiser prices | Not found. We could not read AdQuick's pages |
| Free trial or free plan | Not found |

## What is the one public AdQuick price?

It comes from OUTFRONT, a public company. OUTFRONT's
[10-Q](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001579877/000157987726000021/out-20260331.htm) for the quarter ended
March 31, 2026 describes the deal. On February 17, 2026, OUTFRONT agreed to license AdQuick's sales cloud product for
an initial non-cancellable three-year term. The annual fee is $17.0 million. The term includes a specified
exclusivity period.

OUTFRONT also agreed to invest up to $20.0 million in AdQuick. About $4.0 million was paid on February 17. The rest
comes in four equal parts, tied to implementation milestones. OUTFRONT booked $2.0 million of expense in the first
quarter.

OUTFRONT's [press release](https://investor.outfront.com/news/news-details/2026/OUTFRONT-Media-and-AdQuick-Form-Exclusive-Commercial-Partnership-and-Strategic-Equity-Investment-to-Accelerate-How-IRL-Media-Campaigns-are-Built-Measured-and-Executed/default.aspx)
gives no fee. It says the marketplace stays open, with "standard commercial terms for all participating media
owners."

OUTFRONT is one of the biggest owners in the U.S. So its fee is not a guide for a small owner. It tells you the top
of the range, and nothing about the bottom.

## Does AdQuick take a commission?

An older story says yes. A [2020 TechCrunch story](https://techcrunch.com/2020/02/13/adquick-raises-6m-to-conquer-an-advertising-market-google-and-facebook-wont)
says AdQuick connects the ad space owner with a buyer and takes a commission on the purchase. It gives no percent. It
does not say who pays. The story is over six years old, and AdQuick's pages we read do not repeat it.

So ask. Is there a commission today? Who pays it, the buyer or you? Is it a share, a fee or both?

## What drives the cost of AdQuick?

AdQuick does not say. The pages we read give three clues about what you are buying.

- **The product.** The owner page lists a marketplace, an operator platform and Sales Cloud. Each is "on request."
- **The sales features.** Sales Cloud lists customer pricing, packages, interactive proposals, a client portal and
  card or ACH checkout.
- **The deal terms.** OUTFRONT's deal shows a three-year term, an exclusivity period and a tie to milestones.

None of these is a rate. The filing does not say if the fee depends on units, seats or sales. Ask AdQuick which one
sets your price.

## What is included in the price?

AdQuick does not say what a base price covers. Its owner pages list many features. They include holds, contracts with
e-sign, proof of posting, leases, reports and lead generation. Sales Cloud lists a client portal, renewals and checkout
by card or ACH. None of the pages says which features come in the base price and which cost extra.

The same goes for setup, data loading and training. We found no public word on any of them. Ask for each by name.

## How do other billboard tools price?

| Tool | What it publishes |
|---|---|
| AdQuick | No owner price. OUTFRONT pays $17.0 million a year for Sales Cloud |
| [DOmedia](https://www.domedia.com/sellers) | Seller tiers: 0% and 0.5% of all contracted media, and Full "priced to fit your needs" |
| [Blip](https://www.blipbillboards.com/for-sign-operators/) | No upfront fee for owners. No owner revenue share posted |
| [Broadsign](https://broadsign.com/plans/) | Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans, with no prices |
| [Gabie](https://gabie.ai/#pricing) | Free to 100 faces. Then $0.25 a face a month, with everything included. Enterprise is custom |

OAAA's [Tech Locator](https://oaaa.org/resource-center/directories/tech-locator/) lists AdQuick with no price. See
[Broadsign pricing](https://gabie.ai/learn/broadsign-pricing) and [Blip pricing](https://gabie.ai/learn/blip-pricing).

## What should you ask AdQuick before you sign?

1. What does it cost for my number of units? Is it per unit, per seat, a share or a flat fee?
2. Which parts are in the operator platform, and which need Sales Cloud?
3. Do marketplace bookings carry a fee or a share? Who pays it?
4. What are the standard commercial terms for owners? Can I see them?
5. How does OUTFRONT's exclusivity period affect owners in my markets?
6. How long is the term, and what happens at renewal?
7. Can I export all my data if I leave?

## How do you get a quote?

1. Use the work-email form on AdQuick's owner pages.
2. Bring your numbers: units, static and digital faces, users and markets.
3. Ask for a yearly price at those numbers.
4. Ask the questions above.
5. Get the quote in writing.

See our [AdQuick review](https://gabie.ai/learn/adquick-review) for what the platform does.

> How Gabie handles this: Gabie posts its prices, and it is not a marketplace. It takes no share of a sale. Its Portal shows your open boards
to advertisers and never shows rates. It has no connector to AdQuick, so it runs alongside it. Gabie is free up to 100
faces, then $0.25 a face a month, with everything included ([Gabie](https://gabie.ai/#pricing)).
